                                         March 2022 Monthly Meeting Minutes

The Monthly Meeting of the LOUISIANA XII CHAPTER of the BLUE KNIGHTS INTERNATIONAL LAW ENFORCEMENT MOTORCYCLE CLUB was called to order on March 8^th at 7:14 PM by Chapter President Bruce Verrette.

1A: Roll call (by sign in) found 6 members present, 2 spouses present, and 1 child

Item #2 - Treasurers Report

The Treasures Report was prepared and presented by Treasurer Pink Duckworth Copies of the Treasurers Report were distributed. As of March 2022 the Regular Account Balance is:

A motion was made to accept the Treasurers Report as presented:

Item #3 -Vice President’s Report

3A- We will be going to Salty Joe's BBQ Shop in Hammond on the 27^th of March.
Vice President Cormier will advise us by E-Mail of the time and Location we will meet at.

Item #4 -President’s Report

4A -.President Verrette discussed information that he received on the upcoming President’s Meeting.

4B - President Verrette also discussed changing the venue for our meeting, to go back to New Orleans Hamburger & Seafood in the Oak Wood mall and going back to the 1^st Monday of the Month . A Motion was made and Passed.

Item #5 -The Next Monthly Meeting

The next Monthly Meeting will be held on April 4^th at New Orleans Hamburger & Seafood Co. At the Oakwood Mall in Gretna. General meeting will start at 7:00 PM, Dinner for 6 PM.
